Meaning: correct, right, righteous, justice

Notes:

しょうがつ
the New Year

正確

せいかく
accurate, punctual, exact, authentic

正夢となる

まさゆめになる
dreams that become true

正す

ただす
(transitive verb) to correct, straighten, reform, amend, redress

Meaning: town, village, block

Notes:

町内

ちょうない
in-town

下町

したまち
downtown– be aware that this isn’t always just literally a generic “downtown” like in English.  It’s an old word, and often refers to very specific areas of larger cities.  If you’re trying to express a generic “downtown”, you might be better off saying “ダウンタウン”  (someone please correct me if I’m wrong on this.
