音読み (おんよみ): ヨク
訓読み (くんよみ): あ・びる、あ・びせる
部首 (ぶしゅ): 氵 (さんずい)

Meaning: bath, bathe, to shower

Notes: I kept seeing this kanji in shower, おふろ, and おんせん contexts, usually like this:

bath room

Some friends informed me that translating this as “bath room” can be a little misleading, since to a non-Japanese person this might connote a room with a bath, toilet, and sink.  In Japan 浴室 is literally a room with a bath in it– and that’s it.
